We collect account details you provide, such as your name, email address and sign-in provider. We also store the carousels, text, brand settings, templates and images you choose to save in LockSlides.

When you subscribe, our payment provider, Paystack, processes payment details. LockSlides does not store your full card number.

We use your information to provide the service, save your work, generate carousels when you ask us to, manage your subscription, prevent abuse and provide support.

Generation requests may be sent to our AI service providers only to create the carousel you requested. Please do not include sensitive personal information in prompts or uploads.

We use carefully selected providers to operate LockSlides, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Paystack for payments, Resend for transactional emails, and AI providers for requested generations. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers above, where required by law, or to protect LockSlides and its users.

We keep account and saved-work information while your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for legal, security or accounting purposes.

You can update your profile and brand details in LockSlides. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, contact us through WhatsApp using the link below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We may update this policy as LockSlides develops. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new update date. Questions about privacy can be sent to us through WhatsApp.
